Handwashing with warm soapy water using a non-abrasive sponge is best. The high heat & harsh detergents used in dishwashers can damage the platterbox.

Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrectly sent products ONLY. Exchanges for unwanted items, are not accepted. Items that are damaged due to human misuse or damaged from regular wear & tear are not considered defective and are not eligible for refund.

Items shall be refunded or replaced if they are returned within 30 days of date of purchase of the Goods and proof of purchase
